Fromal Project #2: Research Project
For this research project I will be writing about my experience with the “Three Good Things” exercise and if it had a positive or negative impact on my life. For a week we were told to do the “Three Good Things” exercise. Basically, you need to keep a gratitude journal and write down three good things that has happened throughout our day. No matter how big or small. Studies show that doing this exercise daily can improve your well-being. For a deeper look into the “Three Good Things” check out my blog #10.
This project was a little hard for me in the beginning because I had no clue what to write or how to word my experience. As you can see below, draft 1 is now where as good as draft 2. I feel like I made a huge improvement in my research and how I constructed my paper. I am very happy with how my paper turned out and I am glad that I was able to point out my mistakes to fix them. I started to become more interested in this paper when I realized how important well-being Is and when I started to notice that my well-being and gratitude increased.
