In this blog I will be providing a seven journal entries about what went well during my week and explaining why it went well. To complete this blog I used the text Greater Good in Action: Science-Based Practices for a Meaningful Life from UC Berkeley and Three Good Things (Greater Good in Action). We also talked about the importance of positive psychology in class along with the text What is Positive Pyschology & Why Is it Important? (Positive Psychology Program).
OCT 30
I will continue to do the "Three Good Things" everyday. I feel more motivated and positive.
